We'd like to let you know that Bedroom 4 is under a sloping roof and is suitable for more independent children / adolescents rather than adults.

NB: A double-twin bedroom has two single beds that can either be joined together to create a double bed or left separate as two single beds.

Reduced Occupancy

During the shoulder seasons, L'Olivastro has a reduced price for a group of up to 6 that only need up to 3 bedrooms. The bedroom not required will be closed, but the rest of the villa, its amenities and its grounds will remain at the complete disposal of guests. Should you book the reduced occupancy, bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 will be prepared for you.

Inside

accommodation at L'Olivastro is spread over the main house and an adjacent guesthouse. In the main house, a hallway leads directly into the generously proportioned and effortlessly elegant living room with fireplace. A series of French windows bring in the fabulous sea views and provide access to a large, shady terrace that looks over the pool and the sea.

Connected to the living area is the light, airy dining room and a lovely kitchen with yet more inspiring sea views. Towards the other end of the house are two welcoming, bright and spacious bedrooms, two double-twin bedrooms. One has an en-suite shower room, the other a shower room next door.

The guesthouse, which is accessed independently from the gardens, has a living area with day bed, a double-twin bedroom and a shower room on the ground floor, and a smaller twin bedroom with adjacent shower room on the mezzanine. This latter is suitable for younger members of your group.

A lower level of the main house accesses two large terraces and contains changing rooms and showers for those re-entering after a hard day’s swimming and sunbathing!

Outside

a luxuriant, perfumed Mediterranean garden featuring numerous varieties of palms, yuccas, cactuses, bougainvillea and jasmine surrounds Villa L’Olivastro, giving way to large expanses of inviting terracotta-paved terraces that are perfect for soaking up the sun during the day and dining al fresco by night.

Just 20 metres away lies the sea! A pool on the lowest, sea-facing terraced makes this villa truly complete.

Due to the nature of the property including terraces low walls and several drops around the grounds, children must be supervised at all times.

Some areas of this property may be overlooked.

The sea access in front of this property is via rocks and so may not be possible to use if the sea is rough. Please note that it can get busy in July and August.
