NB: A double-twin bedroom has two single beds that can either be joined together to create a double bed or left separate as two single beds.

Inside

Brezza di Mare is situated on the top floor of a seafront house in the historic centre of Cefalù. A flight of steps lead to the front door, which opens into a welcoming hallway. On the right is a double-twin bedroom and a bathroom with tub. To the left a door takes one into the lovely kitchen-diner, boasting views out to sea and large French windows leading out onto a seafront terrace.

At the end of the hallway is a second entrance to the kitchen and the comfortably furnished living area, which also accesses the seafront terrace. Another door takes one from the living area into the main double bedroom with its sea views (a great way to wake up!) and en-suite sea-view shower room. The loving restoration, the owner's excellent taste and the fabulous location all make Brezza di Mare a special proposition indeed.

Outside

Brezza di Mare's little panoramic terrace hangs above the sea and Cefalù's shoreline. Furnished for dining and relaxing, it's the perfect spot for al fresco meals, sunset aperitifs or just lying back and listening to the waves below - the only sound you will hear!

On the street outside the apartment there is a series of small food shops, an excellent wine shop and, within 1 minute's walk, Cefalù's long sandy beach. Restaurants, bars and cafés are all around and you are ideally placed for making the most of the town's many attractions.

The number of steps that must be negotiated to get into and/or around Brezza di Mare might make it unsuitable for people with mobility problems.

The property is accessed from a pedestrianised street and there is no private parking. Public parking (at an extra cost) is available nearby.

Please note that this villa does not have a pool.
